She worked as an adjunct professor at the University of the Joinville Region from February 2010 to February 2014, at the time being a permanent member of the Master's Degree in Process Engineering. From March 2014 to February 2020 she was a professor at the Department of Textile Engineering at UFSC, Campus Blumenau. She is currently a professor in the Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering department at the same university. She was sub-coordinator and is a contributing member of the Postgraduate Program in Textile Engineering at UFSC - Campus Blumenau. She is also a permanent member of the Postgraduate Program in Chemical Engineering at that university. She is a 1D Research Productivity Fellow - CA EQ and Editor of Separation and Purification Technology.
