- Mrs Latorre has over 10 years of professional experience working in water law and policy, both locally and internationally.
- She is a qualified attorney at law in Chile and she specialized in water in the UK.
- In 2013, Carolina joined IWA where she currently leads the Water Policy and Regulation area of work.
- In her work, Carolina engages regulatory authorities in peer-to-peer dialogue and learning across regulatory functions, connecting them with other practitioners and the science and research communities to promote informed policies, effective regulation and collaborative governance.
- Mrs Latorre speaks Spanish, English and Turkish, with limited proficiency in Dutch.
