A former nonprofit CEO and human trafficking crime investigator, Mr. Parker is a globally-recognized strategic thought leader, and a leading voice internationally on transnational human trafficking.

Mr. Parker has worked across 8+ countries, engaging in anti-trafficking policy meetings, programming, training, and capacity-building. For over 20 years, as a nonprofit leader, Mr. Parker partnered with numerous international organizations to advocate for the most vulnerable communities and make human trafficking a dangerous crime to commit.

Mr. Parker is an acting member of The Exodus Road’s International Advisory Board, has previously served as the Chair of the Freedom Foundation in Thailand, has previously served as the Chair of The Exodus Road United States, and has founded multiple nonprofit organizations and businesses.

Mr. Parker continues to work with governments, international organizations, businesses, and civil society groups globally to strengthen the global fight against human trafficking. Mr. Parker leverages his 20 years of nonprofit leadership expertise, international program management experience, and fundraising success to assist nonprofits growth trajectory and train leaders through his consulting company Nonprofit Growth Solutions. Additionally, as an accomplished speaker, Mr. Parker continues to advocate for those trapped in slavery and leads others to do the same.
